Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Holistic Health Australia, we are committed to providing a professional, respectful and supportive therapeutic environment for all clients. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, the following policy applies to all appointments. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of any monies paid for that session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will require a valid medical certificate. Without appropriate documentation, the session fee will be forfeited. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee. Respect for Appointment Times There is often a waiting list for appointments. Late cancellations and no-shows not only impact the therapist’s dedicated time but also prevent other clients from accessing support during that time slot. Mutual respect for time and commitment to the therapeutic process is essential. Repeated Cancellations Three consecutive cancelled sessions will result in your sessions being suspended until the therapist has spoken with you directly and confirmed your readiness to recommence. Re-entry into the program is at the therapist’s discretion. Therapist Cancellations If the therapist needs to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the client will receive their next session at a 25% discount as acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
