Since 2005, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals transform their lives through fitness. I’ve owned and operated two successful 24/7 gyms for over 10 years, taught Certificates III and IV in Fitness, and delivered Nutrition education at TAFE, ensuring the next generation of fitness professionals are trained to the highest standards.

​

But my experience goes far beyond the classroom or the gym floor. From competing in state-level hockey and skiing with the Southern Hemisphere Slalom team, to years of dedication in track & field, swimming for a cause, and chasing adrenaline on my jet ski. Fitness isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am.
